Last updated: September 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.judgealbritton.com and any related pages, forms, features, communications, and services made available by or on behalf of the Committee to Elect Alicia Albritton (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to the campaign’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Campaign Website and Informational Purpose

The Site provides information about Alicia Albritton, the campaign, campaign activities, endorsements, events, volunteer opportunities, voter information, fundraising, and related matters. Content is provided for general informational and campaign purposes and may be changed, corrected, updated, or removed at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is intended to constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site or the ability of others to use it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or unlawful activity.

3. Campaign Contributions and Donations

If the Site provides a link or mechanism for making a campaign contribution, contributions are subject to applicable federal, Nevada, and local campaign-finance laws, contribution limits, source restrictions, reporting requirements, and any additional eligibility certifications or terms displayed by the campaign or its payment-processing provider at the time of contribution. A contribution is not complete until it is accepted and processed. The campaign may decline, refund, or return a contribution when required by law or when otherwise appropriate. Contribution pages may be operated by a third-party fundraising or payment-processing service. Any payment information submitted through such a service is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. The campaign does not guarantee that every contribution is tax deductible; political campaign contributions generally are not charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

If you voluntarily provide a mobile number and consent to receive campaign text messages, the Committee to Elect Alicia Albritton may send campaign-related messages, including campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, voter information, and fundraising messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a contribution or otherwise supporting the campaign.

You may revoke consent and opt out of campaign text messages by replying STOP. Other reasonable words indicating that you wish to stop messages may also be honored as required by applicable law. After an opt-out request, you may receive a single non-promotional confirmation message. For assistance, follow any HELP instructions included in the messaging program or contact the campaign at alicia@judgealbritton.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email address or otherwise subscribe to campaign communications, the campaign may send you campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, voter information, fundraising messages, and other campaign-related communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing or campaign emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting alicia@judgealbritton.com. Administrative, transactional, or legally required communications may still be sent when appropriate.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to the campaign’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of information provided through the Site and related campaign systems. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control as to that subject.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, campaign graphics, logos, photographs, videos, text, designs, and other materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Alicia Albritton or the Committee to Elect Alicia Albritton and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share publicly available campaign content for personal, noncommercial, political-discussion, or news-related purposes, subject to applicable law, but you may not falsely imply campaign authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

8. User Submissions

If you submit information, comments, photographs, testimonials, volunteer information, event information, or other materials to the campaign, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Unless the campaign expressly agrees otherwise in writing, submission of material does not require the campaign to publish, retain, return, or use it.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, news sources, fundraising services, voter-information resources, or other services that are not controlled by the campaign. Links are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. The campaign is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Accuracy and Availability

The campaign makes reasonable efforts to keep Site information current but does not warrant that all content will always be complete, accurate, current, error-free, or continuously available. Event details, endorsements, election information, links, and other campaign information may change. The campaign may suspend, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE CAMPAIGN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALICIA ALBRITTON, THE COMMITTEE TO ELECT ALICIA ALBRITTON, AND THEIR OFFICERS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute arising from these Terms or the Site may lawfully be required to be brought in a particular forum, the parties agree to the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

15. Changes to These Terms

The campaign may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document will indicate the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
