MEET ALICIA

Judge Albritton, a 25-year Henderson resident, was appointed as Municipal Court Judge for Department 1 in August 2022 and currently presides over the Henderson Veterans' Treatment Court.

Prior to be named a Henderson Municipal Court Judge, Alicia worked as a Clark County prosecutor for 16 years, where she tried more than 30 cases before a jury and rose to the leadership role of Chief Deputy District Attorney.

With an earned reputation as a tough but fair prosecutor and Judge - Alicia is devoted to her profession and ALWAYS PREPARED for court.

​

Before committing to a career in public service as a top-flight criminal prosecutor, Judge Albritton worked at a private law firm and brings her small business perspective to the bench. 

 

Alicia received her Juris Doctorate in 2004 from Franklin Pierce Law Center at University of New Hampshire.  She hails from Chicago and is the proud parent

of two amazing children.
